Abstract

Mapping optoacoustic tomography (OAT) onto magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data enables spatiotemporal resolution complementarity and accurate quantification. Herein, we developed an automated OAT-MRI registration toolbox. Both phantom and animal studies have shown robust registration results.
