Abstract

A new method for producing blazed holographic gratings is proposed in which the interferences of symmetric diffraction orders of a reference Ronchi grating are used in a 4f optical processing system. This method has advantages that the optical system is simple and that several kinds of blazed holographic grating with different groove densities can be obtained with the same system.
